One Winning Ad.
Variations to Test.
When an ad works, the next question is which part made it work. Upload the ad, change one thing per version (the product, the presenter or the setting) and keep the hook and the cuts. Each version is a new file to test against the original. A free preview picture comes first; videos are from $1.99.

For media buyers, UGC agencies and in-house growth teams
Free preview picture of your swap. The full 4-second video is from $1.99.
Change one variable per version
The rest of the ad stays as close to the original as the model allows, so each test compares one change.
Swap the product
Show a different item, colour or bundle in the same ad, from a photo or a description. On a clip of 4 seconds or more each shot is edited, starting at 12 credits for 4s, 17 for 6s, 22 for 8s and 40 for 15s.
Swap the presenter
Paid accounts get Recast by default: it keeps the original video and changes only the people you pick, up to two, each from a photo, a description or a person generated from text. Use people who agreed, or a generated person.
Swap the setting
A background swap moves the same ad to a kitchen, a gym or a street, from a photo or a description, edited shot by shot at the clip’s cuts.
A bigger change in one job
A multi-swap replaces up to 3 people or objects in one job, each from its own photo, when one version should change more than one thing.
The edit stays yours
Cuts and timing come from the original ad, so the hook lands at the same second in every version and the comparison stays fair.
Price before every run
The editor shows the credits for each version before you run it, and a failed run is refunded. Videos from $1.99; no subscription required.

Video Ad Variations FAQ
What should I change first?+
One thing per version, so a test tells you which change mattered: the product, the person on screen or the setting. Keep the hook, the edit and the music the same.
Does Inflyu tell me which variation will win?+
No. It makes the versions, and only your own ad results show which one works. Inflyu does not connect to your ad account, so you upload the files to your ad platform yourself.
Will the hook and the timing stay the same?+
On a clip of 4 seconds or more, an object or background swap is edited shot by shot at the clip’s cuts, so the cuts and timing stay. A person swap keeps the motion, and Recast also keeps the original scene and sound and changes only the people you pick.
Can I change the presenter in a UGC ad?+
Yes, with a person who agreed or a generated person. Inflyu finds the people in your cut and you pick up to two to change, each from a photo, a description or a person generated from text, then check the look on one reference still. Keep original footage needs any credit pack.
How much does each variation cost?+
An object, multi- or background swap on a clip of 4 seconds or more is edited shot by shot and priced per shot and length, starting at 12 credits for 4s, 17 for 6s, 22 for 8s and 40 for 15s. A person swap is a flat price: 14 credits for 4s, 20 for 6s, 25 for 8s and 46 for 15s. The editor shows the exact price before you run it.
Can I make variations without a video?+
Yes. The Ad Copilot turns a product link into five ad angles and makes one ad for each angle you tick, and Product Ad turns one product photo into a 6 or 8 second ad.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You can pay as you go: credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. If you would rather have a steady supply, the monthly Starter ($7.99), Creator ($19) and Pro ($49) plans refill your credits each month, and you can cancel anytime. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
