Reimagine rewrites the scene from a text prompt. Background swap uses a still as the new environment and is a mode of the swap tool.
Do I need a green screen?+
No. A reasonably separated subject helps, but this is not a chroma-key NLE. Busy overlapping hair on matching colors is harder.
Can I swap only the sky?+
Prompt the region (“replace the city behind her with this beach”). Full-frame location stills usually beat a tiny sky crop.
