Questions
What kind of photo works for a couple effect?+
A clear photo of two people together, both facing the camera. The effect applies its motion to the photo you upload.
Who can be in the photo?+
Adults who agreed to be in the video. You confirm this with a tick box before every run.
How many couples and love effects are there?+
There are 12 in this group: Hug, Kiss, Hug Together, The Final Hug, Hug from behind, Cheek kiss, Blow a kiss, Rain kiss, Love pose, Dreamy wedding, Sweet proposal, Heart gesture.
What does an effect cost?+
At default settings a clip in this group costs 5 to 7 credits, depending on the effect. Other options such as resolution or length can change the price; it shows on the Create button before you run anything, and a failed run is refunded.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You can pay as you go: credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. If you would rather have a steady supply, the monthly Starter, Creator and Pro plans refill your credits each month, and you can cancel anytime. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
