Does Inflyu have support?+
Yes. Signed-in users have an AI guide in the app, around the clock: it answers questions, checks your jobs and credits, and takes you to the right tool. You can also message us on Instagram or Messenger.
Who can use the AI guide?+
Signed-in users. Sign-up is free, and the chat is in the app once you are signed in.
Does the AI guide make things for me?+
It does not start a generation in the chat. It opens the right tool, and you check the price and start it there.
Can I reach a person instead?+
Yes. The chat links to our Instagram (@inflyu.app) and to Messenger when you want to message us directly.
How long are my chat messages kept?+
Support chat messages are kept for 3 days so the assistant can follow up, then deleted.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You can pay as you go: credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. If you would rather have a steady supply, the monthly Starter, Creator, Pro and Brand plans refill your credits each month, and you can cancel anytime. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
