What video works best?+
A clip up to 3 minutes where the item is clearly visible and not covered for long. Phone footage is fine. Very dark or fast-blurred shots give weaker results.
Do I need a product photo?+
No. On clips of 4 seconds or more a description alone works. A clip under 4 seconds is a single edit and needs a photo. For a closer match, add a sharp, well-lit photo of the product alone on a plain background. Photos where the product is small or inside a busy scene give weaker swaps.
How much does one video cost?+
A swap on a clip of 4 seconds or more is priced per shot and length, starting at 12 credits for 4s, 17 for 6s, 22 for 8s and 40 for 15s. Clips with more shots cost more because every shot gets its own edited frame, and the editor shows the exact price before you run it. Your free account comes with starter credits, enough for one short video and an image. After that, credit packs start at $1.99. No subscription required.
Can I swap more than one thing in a video?+
Yes. A multi-swap replaces up to 3 things in one job, each with its own photo. It is edited shot by shot like a single object swap and priced per shot and length.
Will the person holding the product change?+
The swap targets the item you name, and the rest of the clip is kept as close to the original as the model allows. The whole frame is re-rendered, so small changes to hands or background can appear. Check the result before you post.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You can pay as you go: credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. If you would rather have a steady supply, the monthly Starter ($7.99), Creator ($19) and Pro ($49) plans refill your credits each month, and you can cancel anytime. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
