By accessing or using Inflyu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inflyu is a platform that allows users to create and manage AI-powered virtual influencers, generate content, and schedule content generation for social media. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images, text, and other content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate real individuals without their consent
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Spread misinformation or engage in fraudulent activities
• Generate explicit sexual content or content involving minors
• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

5. AI-Generated Content

Regarding content generated through our Service:

• You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide
• You are granted a license to use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content
• You must clearly disclose AI-generated content where required by law or platform policies

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer subscription tiers:

• Free: unlimited AI Influencers, 20 credits once at sign-up, watermarked images
• Starter ($8.99/mo): Unlimited AI Influencers, 90 credits/month, no watermarks
• Creator ($19/mo): Unlimited AI Influencers, 205 credits/month, no watermarks
• Pro ($49/mo): Unlimited AI Influencers, 529 credits/month, no watermarks
• Brand ($99/mo): Unlimited AI Influencers, 1,090 credits/month, no watermarks

Paid plans are billed monthly; monthly credits refill to the plan amount each paid month and do not roll over.

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Credit add-on purchases are non-refundable but never expire

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Inflyu and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Use Through AI Assistants

You may use the Service through third-party AI assistants that connect to your Inflyu account. These Terms apply to that use in full, including the Acceptable Use and AI-Generated Content sections. Credits spent through an assistant are deducted from your Inflyu balance on the same terms as credits spent in the app. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-Free. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLYU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inflyu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inflyu operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. AI Talent Listings

• If you list a persona or an account on AI Talent, you confirm that you own it and the rights in it.
• A listed persona must be AI-generated and must not use a real person's likeness.
• Do not misrepresent follower numbers, including followers that were bought.
• After a sale, you may not reclaim the persona or account. An attempt to reclaim it results in a permanent ban.
• Never send passwords or login codes through Inflyu.
• Platforms such as Instagram and TikTok forbid selling accounts in their own terms and may disable an account that has been transferred.
