Email [email protected] with the email address of your Inflyu account and, if something failed, what you were making and when. Signed-in users can also use the Help page in the app.
Canva, Adobe Express and Shopify apps
- The Canva and Adobe Express apps sign in with your Inflyu account. Your email must be verified before you can spend credits, and credits are bought on inflyu.com.
- The Shopify app sets up an Inflyu account for your store when you install it. Its plans are billed by Shopify.
- A video takes a few minutes. Keep the app panel open until it finishes.
- To disconnect, press Sign out in the Canva or Adobe Express app, or uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
Credits and failed results
If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. For payments and refunds, see the Refund Policy.
Your account and data
To delete your account or ask about your data, email us from your account's address or read the Privacy Policy.
