Is recreating a viral video allowed?+
Re-create copies the format, never the people, logos, music or original audio. A swap keeps the original clip, so use videos you have the right to use, or borrow only the format.
Which links does the remake accept?+
Public TikTok videos (tiktok.com/@name/video/… and the short vm.tiktok.com share links) and public Instagram Reels. Videos up to 60 seconds. If a link cannot be read: Save the video and upload it instead: MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 60 seconds and 50 MB.
Do I need a subscription?+
