Questions
How many outputs are in the product ad pack?+
Ten still photos and two short videos of the same product, queued stills first, then the clips.
Do I need a model or actor?+
No. Upload a clear product photo. The pack builds held-in-hand and tabletop looks without a talking actor.
Can I paste a product page URL instead?+
No. The pack uses one product photo you upload. Links are not scraped into the job.
Can I sell from the pack videos?+
Each of the two videos has a Shop page button. Add the product name, a price and the link to the product on your store, and you get a free public page with the video and a Buy button that opens your store. Checkout stays on your store, and your Shop pages list counts views and Buy clicks.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You can pay as you go: credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. If you would rather have a steady supply, the monthly Starter, Creator, Pro and Brand plans refill your credits each month, and you can cancel anytime. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
