Do I need a subscription?+
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases from $1.99 and never expire. A monthly plan is optional and can be cancelled anytime.
Can one AI presenter appear in all my ads?+
Yes, within limits. Inflyu builds a Character ID by generating 16 reference photos of your character from its profile photo; you keep at least 10 and lock them. New images use up to four of those locked photos as reference images. Video tries a reference-to-video model fed with the locked photos and may fall back to animating a still generated from those photos. This is reference-image conditioning, not a trained model (no LoRA), so likeness is strong but not guaranteed.
Which ad formats can I make?+
Product Ad makes 6 or 8 second ads in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9. The UGC ad batch makes 5 talking ads across 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5.
Does Inflyu say which ad will perform?+
No. The Ad Copilot marks two angles as a place to start, but only your own results show which ad works.
What happens if a step fails?+
Each product ad is made in steps. If a step fails, the credits for that step and every step after it are returned.
