Do I need a photo of the new object?+
Not on a clip of 4 seconds or more: a description works, and a sharp photo on a plain background gives a closer match. A clip under 4 seconds is a single edit and needs a photo.
Can I replace more than one thing in the same clip?+
Yes. A multi-swap replaces up to 3 people or objects in one job, each from its own photo, and it is priced per shot and length like an object swap.
Do credit packs expire after a year?+
No. Pack credits never expire. Monthly plan credits refill each month and do not roll over.
Will small text and logos on my product come out exactly?+
Not always. Shape and colour carry over well; fine print and small logos may not, so check the result before you post.
What happens if a swap fails?+
The credits for that run are refunded to your balance automatically.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You can pay as you go: credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. If you would rather have a steady supply, the monthly Starter ($7.99), Creator ($19) and Pro ($49) plans refill your credits each month, and you can cancel anytime. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
