Refunded when a run fails
If the provider errors out, the credits come back to your balance automatically. You do not need to write to anyone to get them back.

How cheap is it really?+
1 credit up to 500 characters, 2 credits up to 1,500, 4 credits up to 3,000. At the largest credit pack's rate that is $0.09, $0.19 and $0.37. Smaller packs cost a little more per credit. The figures use the credit price of the largest pack. Check the pricing page for the pack you plan to buy.
Is there a catch for long scripts?+
The limit is 3,000 characters per run. Anything longer, split it into several runs, each priced by its own length. A long script is not billed per word beyond its tier, so the top tier is the best value per character.
Are cloned voices more expensive?+
Yes, a little. A cloned voice costs 2 credits up to 500 characters and 7 credits up to 3,000, plus 32 credits once to clone. If you only need narration, a stock voice is the cheaper way to get it.
What if a run fails?+
The credits are refunded. A result you simply do not like is not refunded, but the same script can be run again in another voice. You do not need to contact anyone to get the credits back.
