Before you begin
Decide two things: the niche (fashion, fitness, travel, tech, food, or anything with a clear audience) and the one platform you will post to first. You can change both later, but a clear starting point makes every later step faster.
Step 1: Sign up for free
Create your Inflyu account. No credit card is required, and the free plan gives you 20 credits once, at sign-up. Verify your email straight away: accounts with an unverified email cannot spend credits.
If you want to see the quality before signing up, generate a guest preview image at /try.
Step 2: Create the persona
Choose Create Influencer and fill in:
- Name: something short and memorable.
- Niche: the topic your posts will stay inside.
- Personality: casual, professional, inspirational, humorous. This shapes captions and tone.
- Visual style: upload reference photos or pick a style preset.
Be specific. "Minimalist streetwear, muted colours, golden-hour light" will give you better results than "stylish".
Step 3: Lock the Character ID
Inflyu generates 16 reference photos of your character from its profile photo. Look through them, keep at least 10 that clearly look like the same person, and lock them. From then on, new images use up to four of the locked photos as references.
This is reference-image conditioning, not a trained model. Likeness is strong but not guaranteed, so expect an occasional miss. Read how it works on the Consistent AI Character page.
Step 4: Generate your first content
Choose a content type. Costs are fixed per type:
- Image: 2 credits.
- Carousel: 6 credits, a multi-image post for Instagram.
- Short video: 28 credits for about 8 seconds.
- Caption: free, with hashtags.
Start with a handful of images in one setting. Pick the ones that look like the same person and discard the rest. For a first video, build a short reel in AI Reel Studio.
Writing prompts that hold up
Describe the subject, the setting, the light and the mood in that order, and keep the persona's fixed traits out of the prompt: the Character ID already carries them. Change one thing at a time between generations, such as the outfit or the location, so you can tell what caused a difference. If a result drifts from your character, regenerate instead of describing the face in more detail.
Keep a short note of prompts that worked. A library of five or six reliable prompts covers most of a week of posts.
Step 5: Review and edit
Open the result in the AI Image Editor to fix a detail, or in the AI Video Editor to trim or restyle a clip. Fixing one detail beats regenerating the whole piece.
Step 6: Label, then send or share
If your persona could pass for a real person, label it. Inflyu adds #aigenerated to captions by default, and the AI disclosure settings give you a bio line. Instagram's profile-level label is explained in the AI-generated profile label guide.
Then post. On a paid plan with a connected account, Inflyu sends each post through Post for Me at its scheduled time (TikTok arrives as drafts). Otherwise each post waits in Ready to post and you share it in two taps. You can always download the files and post them yourself.
If something looks off
- The face does not match: check that the locked photos clearly show the same person, and regenerate. Remove any locked photo that does not belong.
- The style changes between posts: reuse the same setting and lighting words every time.
- You cannot spend credits: verify your email, then try again.
- A run fails on our side: the credits for it are returned automatically.
What to do next
Make five posts in the same style before you change anything. Then look at which ones you liked best and reuse that prompt wording. For ready-made formats, try AI Trends or AI Effects. When your free credits run out, see pricing for one-time credit packs.
