What if the two clips are different lengths?+
The audio is fitted to the length of your video. A longer one is trimmed to fit, and a shorter one is followed by silence.
Will the mouths match the new audio?+
Not by themselves, because the words are different. Switch on lip match, Standard or Pro, to make the lips follow the new audio.
